• 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of diced strawberries
  • 1 cup of diced apple or you could use celery
  • 1½ tsp of cilantro
  • ¼ cup of chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped jalapeno.. no seeds or stems (I buy the diced)
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • Salt to taste
  1. IN a medium bowl combine all ingredients including lime juice and stir until combined...
  2. season with salt to taste...(I omit this)
