Six Vegetable Juice
  • 5lbs tomatoes
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup green peppers (or Red Bell Pepper)
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • ¼ cup celery
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ med onion
  • 1tbs salt
  • 1 or 2 hot peppers
  1. Chunk vegetables in pan add all ingredients. Cook 30 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir often. Put thru food mill. Makes 2 quarts.
