Your favorite Ice cream 2 cups softened (Tip: make sure you let it get real soft or it is a pain to mix)
2 cups of self rising flour.
Mix together and bake @350 for 25 mins.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Mixer
  • 1 can Bacardi Pina Colada Mixer
  • Malibu Rum
  • Pineapple and Strawberry for garnish.
Instructions
  1. In a Blender, Make up the Strawberry Daiquiri as directed on the can.
  2. Pour in a pitcher and set aside.
  3. Now prepare the Pina Colada as directed.
  4. Take half the mixture of both and blend together.
  5. You can also just layer them in a glass.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbs cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Garlic salt
  • Parchment paper and cookie sheet or can use lightly grease pizza pan
  • toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix the cheese with the almond flour and egg. I also add a few dashes of parsley, fennel and oregano.
  4. Flatten out the dough on the parchment paper/cookie sheet. I like to put my hand in a sandwich bag so that nothing sticks.
  5. Liberally sprinkle the crust with garlic salt. Poke the dough a bit with a fork to prevent bubbles.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes, and poke any bubbles.
  7. Bake for another 4-6 minutes until it is slightly brown on top.
  8. Add any ingredients for your topping and then pop back into the oven to melt the cheese on top.

Hot Cross Buns

Hot Cross Buns
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup warm whole milk
  • 2 packages active dry yeast
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ cup marmalade
  • 3½ cups flour
  • ⅓ cup chopped candied fruit and/or raisins
  • 1 egg, beaten – for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Using the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the milk and yeast, let stand until the yeast has softened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the egg, granulated sugar, butter, salt, nutmeg and marmalade.
  3. Beat on medium speed until blended, about 3 minutes.
  4. Using a dough hook, blend in 3 cups of flour. Beat on medium speed until dough is smooth and stretchy, about 15 minutes.
  5. Add just enough of the remaining flour until dough is slightly tacky.
  6. Add the candied fruit and raisins, and fold in with a few spins of the mixer or by hand to distribute evenly.
  7. Return the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
  8. This takes about 1½ hours.
  9. Punch down the dough. With buttered hands, shape into 16 smooth round balls.
  10. Evenly space apart in 2 buttered 8 or 9 inch square pans.
  11. Cover loosely and let rise in a warm place about 40 minutes or until doubled and puffy. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400. Brush buns with an egg wash (one egg and about 1 tablespoon water).
  12. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in pans for 30 minutes.
  13. In a small bowl mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  14. Spoon into a small sandwich bag, snip a small hole in the corner and squeeze icing onto the buns to form a large X. (Hopefully, you can do a better job than I did.)

  • 1 packaged roll of refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Mini Muffin pan
  • 1 Container of frosting ( I used green)
  • 1 package of Shredded Coconut
  • Green and Yellow food coloring
  • 1 Ziplock bag
  • Cadbury Chocolate Eggs
Instructions
  1. Set oven to temp according to package directions
  2. To color coconut use a small ziploc bag and place coconut inside adding color... 8 drops of green and 4 drops of yellow with a teaspoon of water and shake bag until all colored..set out to dry out a bit.
  3. Slice cookie dough and half the slices and roll into a ball and place in un greased mini muffin tin and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  4. When cooled remove from tin and add a tiny bit of frosting to the top and push colored coconut into it and add chocolate egg!!!

  • ⅓ cup raspberry vinaigrette (I purchase a low sugar version)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp yellow mustard
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste-if you choose
  • 4 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 pkg (10 ounces) fresh baby spinach
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup coarsely candied pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine the vinaigrette, salt, mustard and sweetener.
  2. Blend or whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add oil while continuing to blend or whisk.
  4. Stir in poppy seeds and refrigerate dressing for at least an hour.
  5. Just before serving, toss the spinach, strawberries and candied pecans in a large.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz shell macaroni, cook according to directions
  • small bag of frozen peas
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix
  • ¾ to 1 cup Mayonnaise (can use reduced fat Mayo)
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl with a lid, add the Mayo and Ranch dressing together first.
  2. Mix well, then add the rest of the ingredients together.
  3. Add more Mayo if you like moister salad. (I prefer to use less)
  4. Let sit in fridge for an hour with lid on tight before serving! YUMM!

All ingredients are added to a crock pot and "eyeballed" to content. Add as much or as little as you want!
Ingredients
  • Chicken (you can use leftover thighs/legs)(Mine was already cooked)
  • 1 can spinach
  • a few baby carrots, coined
  • a couple stalks of celery, sliced
  • a bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Garlic salt/powder to taste
  • ½ bag of your favorite noodles (or rice/quinoa)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • pepper
  • Chicken broth
Instructions
  1. Add everything except rice/noodles to crock pot.
  2. Cook on LOW.
  3. When hot, add noodles. Wait 20 minutes (or until noodles are as done as desired) then serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1¾ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and set aside. Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until incorporated; add vanilla extract.
  3. Combine flour and baking powder together in another bowl; stir into creamed butter mixture.
  4. Mix milk into batter until smooth. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Next add half the apples and half the brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Lightly pat apple mixture into batter.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over apple layer; top with remaining apples and add more brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  7. Lightly pat apples into batter; swirl brown sugar mixture through apples using a finger or spoon.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.

Use any flavor of yogurt you like. I use greek yogurt. Mix them up to have a variety of dots. Makes your mouth happy and much lower in calories than ice cream!
You can do this in a few different ways.

1. Put yogurt into a piping bag and drop onto a plate or cookie sheet.
2. Put yogurt into a zip-lock bag and snip off a tiny piece of a corner and squeeze drops onto plate or cookie sheet.
3. Use a teaspoon and make little dots onto a plate or cookie sheet.

When done, place in freezer until set, about 2 hrs. These do melt fast. So only take out what you will be eating at a time.

Serves: 16
 
Ingredients
  • 1 package of Pillsbury ready to bake Sugar cookies (24 in Package)
  • Frosting colors of your choice.. (I used pink and white whipped)
  • Accents for tail and feet ( I used Marshmallows for tail and Jelly beans for feet)
  • But can use candy or sprinkle of your choice.
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 350°
  2. Take 8 of the Pre-cut cookies and carefully cut in 4 pieces each.
  3. On a parchment lined cookie sheet.. form oval shape with each piece and bake for 8 -9 minutes until edges are golden. they are small but will spread.
  4. Leave at least 2 inches between cookies. (these will be the feet) and will make 32 feet..
  5. Remove form oven and let cool..
  6. Next take remaining 16 cookies and place on parchment lined pan ( leaving room to expand) and bake for 11 minutes ... when done remove from oven and let cool..
  7. Next decorate each cookie with frosting and attach feet to body , add candies of your choice!!!
  8. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
  • 4-5 Milk Ice Cubes
  • 6 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt (one container)
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (my scoops are really big)
  • ½ cup frozen spinach (or big handful of fresh)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • ¾ – 1.5 cup almond
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
Instructions
  1. I used frozen spinach to make the smoothie green. You can use fresh spinach or green food coloring.
  2. Protein powder: I have been using this Whey protein powder for my smoothies .
  3. The key ingredient: Peppermint Extract! Add this to your favorite vanilla protein shake to make it shamrock-y.
  4. In addition to the peppermint – a real McDonald’s Shamrock Shake is THICK. I know some of you like it thick.
  5. Anyway, to make the shake THICK use ¾c milk to start and add a little bit at a time until it’s your desired consistency.
  6. Tip: I make milk ice cubes for my smoothies to avoid watering down my shakes and iced coffee. These are almond milk, but I switch it up based on what I have.
  7. Directions: Blend. Slurp. Enjoy!
