Overnight Oatmeal

GREAT FOR ANYONE ON THE GO!!!!!!
Ingredients
  • ¼ CUP OF QUICK OATS
  • 6 oz CONTAINER OF GREEK YOGURT
  • ¼ CUP OF FRESH FRUIT (YOUR CHOICE) I used a little more.
  • ½ TSP OF FLAX SEED
  • ½ TSP OF CHIA SEED
Instructions
  1. In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt and uncooked oats along with flax and chia seeds . Stir in desired fruit
  2. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 3 days before eating.
