- 1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and spread evenly in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Roast at 425 degrees for 20 or so minutes, gently mixing every 5 minutes until the desired "doneness"..
- I prefer my chick peas crispy, so I bake longer
