- 5 lbs red potatoes
- Green Onions
- 1 Package bacon
- ½ cup Tarragon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons beef bullion mixed in ½ cup of hot water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Bacon grease
- Wash and boil potatoes , let cool
- Cut bacon in small pieces and fry saving the grease.
- chop green onions .
- Peel and slice potatoes
- Add all ingredients and mix .
- Salt and pepper to taste.
