- 8 eggs
- 2 med Avocados (mashed)
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped onions
- Little Salt & Pepper to taste
- Boil 8 eggs, let eggs cool then peel.
- Cut boiled eggs in half, place the yolks in a bowl and add all ingredients.
- Mix together and spoon into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle a little paprika on top.
