- 1 Large Chicken Breast
- Fresh Pineapple or Frozen
- 1 Red Pepper
- Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Cut Chicken, Pineapple and Red Pepper into chunks. Marinate chicken in the Teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper for at least an hour...the longer the better.
- Place all on Skewer sticks and grill till done!
