Cauliflower Mashed Taters
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
  • 1 garlic clove...
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp cream
  • 1½ tsp chicken bouillon
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  1. In a medium pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 tsp salt, cauliflower and garlic clove. Boil till soft.
  3. Drain, and place in a blender. Add all other ingredients and blend till creamy.
  4. Serve immediately
