CARROT APPLE SALAD
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp cherry yogurt
- Peel carrots and apple.
- Remove core from apple.
- Shred carrots and apple, add lemon juice and mix to coat well.
- This keeps the apple from turning brown.
- Add remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Chill for at least an hour, but it tastes better if you can chill it longer.
